Appreciation
Hello friends! I want you to know that I appreciate you for your kindness, your support, and your choice to follow along with the journey of Piñata Possible.
When I started Piñata Possible last year, I had a clear vision of how I wanted to create something that would be a contribution to the world, and I wanted the creation of this vision to allow ample space for emergence, presence, and genuine connection.
It has been so fun to experiment with the many ways that Piñata Possible coaching can take shape.
I’ve worked with leaders one-on-one in support of the breakthroughs they have declared possible for themselves. I have LOVED the depth of this personalized work and the many beautiful places throughout the world (and on Zoom) that have been backdrops for these coaching conversations.
I’ve also worked with organizations and teams that have a commitment to unlocking a new level of progress through investment in, and empowerment of, their leaders. I have received such heartfelt inquiries and invitations to partner for possibility, and I am grateful for the trust others have placed in me to hold space for them as they embrace their evolution.
I have experienced so much joy from my speaking engagements as well. Every time I lead a workshop or offer a keynote, I love visiting with members of the audience to get a sense of what resonated most with them. This is one of my favorite quotes from a feedback survey collected from one of my leadership workshops:
