Whether it’s real or imagined, the act of placing your crown upon your head creates a few physiological shifts:

1. Your eyesight and attention lift to a higher plane.
2. Your posture straightens and strengthens.
3. Your head reestablishes connection with the rest of your body, inviting in deeper alignment and awareness of your whole self.

On top of that…
• Your crown invites balance.
• Your crown sparks confidence.
• Your crown may even inspire the attention or curiosity of others.

If you’ve been feeling heavy lately, consider repositioning your crown to an angle that invites more comfort, or more stability, or maybe more play.

It’s okay to have different crowns for different seasons.

You reserve the right to switch out your crown to suit the season or the occasion at hand. You also have the choice to remove your crown whenever you need a bit of rest or reset.

So today, dear leader, I invite you to honor your needs, locate your crown of choice, and affix it in a position that makes you feel the celebration of which you are so worthy.

You deserve your crown, and you deserve to wear it 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 you want.

May your crown continue to serve as a gentle reminder of the infinite power that lies within you. 👑
